Cow dung log making machine is a screw press type machine.it helps to turn the raw cow dung into cylindrical or square hollow logs (also called cow dung wood logs).
The size of logs is around 70 mm in diameter and the length of logs can be manually adjusted by choosing the right size of log collecting pipe. The extra wide feed opening in-feed chamber is provided for trouble free operation. Robust design machines are made from heavy duty steel to ensure its long life and durability.

Working Quality
Best quality operating electric switch is provided for easy operation with forward and reverse function. Process: First of all, 2-3 days old Raw Cow Dung with a specific moisture range around 40% is fed manually into an in-feed hopper of the cow dung log machine. Further the moving screw conveyor collects the cow dung and pushes it towards the die which turns the cow dung into die-shapedlogs. The finished logs are ready to be collected at the discharge end of the machine. Further, the finished logs need to be dried out in sun drying for 2-3 days before they can be used.Use: The finished goods (Cow Dung Logs) can be used as a heating source for domestic or industrial purposes and can also be used for cremation purposes etc
